WON is seeking a high-impact practitioner to lead operational intelligence engagements for retail, travel, hospitality, and financial services clients. You will own long-term programs, manage executive conversations, and deliver AI-driven improvements across workflows from discovery to deployment.

Based remotely with US clients, you will craft business cases, build financial models, and drive adoption while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Startup experience and the ability to own client relationships end-to-end.
• Ability to lead executive conversations and steer toward business outcomes.
• Deep AI fluency with experience building AI-enabled workflows and demos.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end programs across client engagements, not a single tool.
• Lead discovery and develop a clear business case for each engagement.
• Guide delivery direction across concurrent projects with a focus on adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with clients to shape value, quantify impact, and ensure measurable outcomes.
