InsideOutVAS is seeking a Content Operations & Marketing Assistant to own the content publishing pipeline. You will track assets, migrate a large video library into Wix CMS pages and IMDb entries, and transform founder voice notes into publishable content.

This remote role requires ongoing content repurposing and outreach across platforms. You will work with AI tools to draft consistent content and maintain comprehensive directories, while client communication remains with the founder.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing content publishing pipelines and CMS assets.

• Manage directories, profiles, and outreach for digital PR.
• Oversee editorial outreach while keeping client-facing comms with the founder.
