EPAM Systems is building an AI Center of Excellence to scale responsible AI across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning. As the AI COE Manager - Supply Chain & Operations, you will align business leaders, technology teams, and compliance partners to prioritize use cases and deliver improvements across the value chain.

You will lead governance, standards, and scalable architectures, embedding AI capabilities into ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and PLM ecosystems while driving

Formación

• 8+ years in supply chain or operations with AI/digital transformation leadership.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and reference architectures at scale.
• Proven ability to implement AI governance and enterprise standards.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Set the AI vision for supply chain and operations across forecasting, inventory, production, quality, and logistics.
• Build COE operating model, roadmap, and prioritization for AI use cases worldwide.
• Partner with senior leaders to convert objectives into AI initiatives with executive sponsorship.
• Establish AI standards and governance for data handling and workloads.
• Lead evaluation and approval of AI tools, aligning with regulatory requirements.
• Champion enterprise adoption of AI platforms for supply chain use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and manufacturing to embed AI in ERP/MES/WMS/TMS/PLM.
• Create reusable templates, accelerators, and automated workflows to improve cycle times.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and governance councils for standards and ROI.
• Develop training and adoption campaigns for plant managers, buyers, and planners.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to track compliance and ROI.
