Dar atención presencial, telefónica y virtual a clientes y proveedores Coordinar las rutas y el debido proceso de la recolección de Facturacion y diferentes actividades Realizar el carnet del personal ingresado a nivel nacional a la organización. Apoyar las diferentes actividades de bienestar pertencientes al área de gestión humana. Expedir los rotulos para la sede Recibir los visitantes y guiarlos a sus destinos correspondientes Entregar de manera oportuna la correspondencia a todas la áreas de la organización para garantizar su debido proceso Encargarse de la coordinacion general y resolver cualquier requerimiento administrativo
