PRIMO is seeking an Accounts Payable Leader to manage and mentor the AP team, ensuring timely, accurate invoice processing and strong vendor relations. You will drive process improvements and oversee compliance reporting while supporting month-end closings with the Finance team.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, have 8–10 years in finance with 4+ years in leadership, and are fluent in Spanish and English with SAP expertise.

• Proficiency with SAP and strong communication in Spanish and English.

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Leader to oversee and manage our working capital needs, playing a pivotal role in the financial stability and success of the company. In this role, you'll lead a team of Accounts Payable professionals, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and compliance reports, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in financial processes and attention to detail will be key to keeping the payment function running smoothly and under control.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable team, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and controls.
• Oversee payment compliance reporting, team KPI tracking, financial analysis, and risk assessment across the payment function, identifying potential risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place.
• Support month-end closing activities in collaboration with the broader Finance team.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounts payable.
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• SAP expertise.
• Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English (advanced English is required).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
