Auxis seeks a proficient OC Lead to steer the 24x7 Network Operations Center for a multi-country Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services engagement across the US, Canada, Brazil, Peru and Paraguay. You will own daily NOC operations, staffing, monitoring standards, and the escalation process for network and server events.

You will ensure incidents are triaged correctly, SLAs are met, and the team is trained on tools and client environments.

Formación

• 4+ years in a NOC or IT operations environment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience managing 24x7 shift-based teams and schedules.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the 24x7 NOC team across rotating shifts.
• Own monitoring and alerting strategy for network devices, servers and critical infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end incident escalation and ensure timely triage and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and enforce NOC SOPs, runbooks and escalation matrices.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as MTTD, MTTE, SLA compliance.
