Auxis in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Lead to guide a 24x7 operations team supporting our Mosaic Infrastructure Managed Services across 60+ sites in the US, Canada, Brazil, Peru and Paraguay.

The role emphasizes monitoring, incident management, and KPI tracking with strong ITIL practices and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Bogotá, the candidate will operate within rotating shifts to ensure service levels.

Formación

• 4+ years in a NOC or IT operations environment.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience managing 24x7 shift-based teams and schedules.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL (incident, problem, and change management).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a 24x7 NOC team across rotating shifts.
• Own the monitoring and alerting strategy for network devices, servers, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end incident escalation, triage, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure SLA compliance, enforce SOPs, and track KPIs such as MTTD and MTTE.
