Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture for a scalable education and nonprofit focused marketing practice. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, configure GA4 events, and ensure data accuracy from first click to CRM entry.

You will troubleshoot across major ad platforms, manage data privacy compliance, and collaborate with Analytics and Paid Media teams to deliver trustworthy data for campaigns and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in marketing/agency.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers and variables.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment across multi-client GTM containers.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity across client websites.
• Own data privacy compliance across cookie banners and consent modes.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement with tagging plans and QA checklists.
