In this full-time, fully remote role, you will collaborate with founders to architect and develop systems that drive growth, utilizing AI and automation. Ideal candidates have proven experience in building impactful systems, a strong grasp of sales and marketing interactions, and thrive in a high-leverage environment. Formación

• Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue.
• Comfortable with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows.
• Define how AI is used across the customer lifecycle.
