Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer – Marketing Data to design and optimize data models in Snowflake for marketing analytics. You will work with Google Analytics data, SQL, and Python to build scalable data solutions in a remote environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables, ensure data quality across the pipeline, and contribute to robust engineering practices and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of analytics engineering, data engineering, marketing data, or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics data in production environments.
• Experience supporting data initiatives in retail or e-commerce.
• Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake data models, transformations, and materializations.
• Proficient Python reading, debugging, and code improvements.
• Experience mapping API documentation to business/technical requirements.
• Git workflows, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong data quality and validation across data pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and transformations in Snowflake for marketing analytics and reporting.
• Work with Google Analytics data in production to ensure accurate data structures for analysis.
• Develop, review, and optimize SQL queries and Python code for reliability and performance.
• Translate API endpoints and fields into practical data integration solutions.
• Implement data validation across data pipelines to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Apply Git-based development workflows including version control and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data models, transformation logic, and pipeline reliability.
