EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Data Integration Engineer to deliver production dbt and Snowflake models powering GTM analytics and AI agents. You will create trusted semantic layers and unify Salesforce and Gong-style interaction data for Snowflake Cortex and Snowflake Intelligence.

Responsibilities include designing production data models, integrating structured and unstructured data, enforcing governance, and enabling self-service data for analysts and product teams through clear documentation.

Formación

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data architecture.
• Expert SQL with window functions, CTEs, and complex joins.
• Extensive production dbt experience with modular projects.
• Hands-on Snowflake experience including Time Travel and access control.
• Experience modeling B2B SaaS revenue and interaction data (Salesforce, Gong, Marketo).

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain production data models in dbt and Snowflake.
• Integrate structured records with unstructured interaction data.
• Define modeling patterns, naming conventions, and metric definitions.
• Operate an enterprise semantic layer to prevent conflicting metrics.
• Prepare datasets for Snowflake Cortex, Intelligence, and AI agents.
• Create feature tables and context stores for LLM agents.
• Administer metadata and data enrichment patterns for AI interpretation.
• Develop automated tests, schema validations, and freshness monitors.
