Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Santiago, Chile seeks a Retail Sales Supervisor (Vision) to lead the Vision Care channel, drive sales targets, and manage key accounts with a focus on service quality and market expansion.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and regional collaboration with marketing and education teams to deliver training and activities. Travel of 50%+ is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and strong leadership experience in sales.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Vision Care business operation in Chile with enthusiasm and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and maintain key accounts and drive franchise growth.
• Coach and motivate the sales force to execute commercial strategy.
• Ensure achievement of gross to net sales budgets.
• Oversee commercial account agreements and pricing policies.
• Coordinate with marketing and education to implement activities and training.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure effective logistics for Chilean market.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy.
