Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Indirect Channel Supervisor for the Southern Region, covering distributors across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador. You will lead distributor relationships, ensure governance, and drive commercial growth in a regulated multinational environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in sales or distributor management within multinational healthcare settings, with strong compliance knowledge and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Distributor Management: lead relationships with distributors in the Southern Region and ensure alignment with GTM strategy.
• Commercial Performance Management: monitor KPIs, support GTM initiatives, and report performance insights.
• Compliance and Channel Governance: ensure distributor compliance and manage third-party risk and due diligence.
• Process Management and Operational Excellence: implement SOPs and support documentation and cross-functional processes.
• Stakeholder Management: build cross-functional partnerships and align distributor needs with company priorities.
• Regional Scope: manage distributor portfolio across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador.
