EPAM Systems is seeking a UX Designer to translate creative direction into Unreal Engine UI specifications and prototypes. You will bridge design goals and engineering delivery, chart interaction pathways, and define component architecture for multi-platform experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Over two years of practical UI/UX experience with shipped digital products or gaming interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma for components, variants, auto-layout and engineering handoff.
• Ability to produce annotated designs, interaction summaries, state diagrams and acceptance criteria.
• Experience designing UI for Unreal Engine and familiarity with UMG fundamentals.
• Strong focus on focus-based navigation, multi-input types, and responsive layouts.

Aufgaben

• Set up UI flows, user journeys, and interaction pathways for in-game features and screens, converting them into specifications suitable for engineering handoff
• Grow and expand a versatile UI component system covering patterns, components, variants, and states to sustain consistency in design delivery
• Draft extensive behavioral standards covering focus and navigation flow, back-navigation processes, expected input responses, error/empty/loading conditions, and edge cases
• Collaborate closely with engineers on the client side and UI artists to ensure designs are practical and performant in Unreal Engine
• Direct ongoing polish activities by reviewing builds, providing feedback, and revising designs based on constraints and playtesting insights
