EPAM Systems is seeking a UX Designer to translate creative vision into UI specifications and prototypes for Unreal Engine production. You will define UI flows, build a scalable UI library, and document behaviors while collaborating closely with engineers and UI artists.

The role requires 2+ years in UI/UX, strong Figma skills, and Unreal Engine experience to design adaptive interfaces across devices and inputs.

Formación

• 2+ years of practical UI/UX experience shipping digital products or gaming interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma with components, auto-layout, and libraries prepared for engineering handoff.
• Ability to produce annotated screen layouts, interaction summaries, and state diagrams.
• Hands-on understanding of UI inside Unreal Engine and UMG concepts.
• Knowledge of focus-based navigation and multi-input methods.
• Designs that adapt across resolutions, aspect ratios, and safe areas.
• English proficiency at B2 or above for clear business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction patterns for in-game screens into development specs.
• Develop and expand a flexible UI component library to ensure visual consistency.
• Create behavioral documentation covering focus, navigation, edge cases, and responses.
• Collaborate with client-side engineers and UI artists to keep designs feasible and performant.
• Lead refinement cycles by reviewing builds and adjusting designs to technical feedback.
