Job summary

Motion Metrics Latin America seeks a Senior Product Specialist – Mine Planning Underground to shape underground mine planning outcomes across LATAM from Santiago, Chile or Lima, Peru. The role blends technical depth with customer influence and product impact.

You will engage with mining sites, collaborate with sales and engineering, and help customers unlock better planning through Advance, Deswik, Datamine and other tools, while contributing to product evolution and regional growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of underground mine planning experience including design, scheduling, LOM, budgeting and forecasting.
• Minimum 2 years of operational underground mining experience.
• Strong English and Spanish communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Bridge underground mine planning expertise with software solutions for LATAM.
• Support customer outcomes by shaping product evolution across the region.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and product teams to drive adoption.
