Weir Motion Metrics is seeking a Technical Sales Manager based in Santiago to drive growth across Chile and Argentina, leveraging AI, machine vision, and automation to expand customer partnerships.

You will blend strategic sales with technical consulting, build trusted relationships, and influence long-term customer success while collaborating with global teams. This role is based in Santiago with regular travel.

Formación

• Technical background in mining or industrial process environments.
• Minimum four years’ sales experience within the mining industry.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Based in Santiago with the ability to travel regularly within Chile and internationally.
• Demonstrated self-management, planning capability and a process-oriented approach.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across customers and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead revenue growth across Chile and Argentina mining markets.
• Build trusted partnerships with mining stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Influence customer outcomes by aligning technology solutions to operational challenges.
• Expand market presence by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
