You will provide first-line support to customers, manage outages, and collaborate with a skilled team to ensure reliable performance and fast issue resolution. The role requires experience in technical support, knowledge of SCADA/EMS/GMS, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Experience in technical support or a similar engineering role.
• Knowledge of SCADA, EMS, or GMS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
