Huawei Technologies in Chile is seeking a Cloud Technical Delivery Manager to guide technical delivery, drive incident discussions, and review service disruptions with a focus on reliable production environments. The role involves reducing complexity, hosting workshops, and migrating additional services to HUAWEI CLOUD.

The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and strong experience in cloud and data technologies, OpenStack, and public cloud services, plus shell scripting familiarity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• Experience in operational troubleshooting for at least three of: Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, Big Data, Security, CDN, or Applications Development.
• Familiarity with shell environments (BASH, sh, tcsh, ksh, etc.).
• Experience/certifications in Datacom, Database, or Big Data.
• Knowledge of OS Internals, Active Directory, Security (Windows/Linux).
• Familiarity with OpenStack and public cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed pre-launch planning.
• Ensure production environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing complexity.
• Uplift capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, etc.
• Help to migrate more service systems to HUAWEI CLOUD.
• Other duties as assigned or needed related to technology Operation and Maintenance, Migration and POC projects
