Job summary

XTB online investing is seeking a Partnership Manager to grow our ecosystem of strategic partners. You will identify, evaluate, and onboard partners, negotiate value-driven agreements, and drive joint marketing and sales results with Sales and Marketing teams.

You will ensure all collaborations comply with financial industry regulations, with guidance from our Compliance team. This role emphasizes relationship-building and data-driven optimization to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements with mutual benefits.
• Understanding of financial services regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication across Sales, Marketing and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners with clear communication and mutual collaboration.
• Research and analyse the market to identify potential partners who could become strategic allies.
• Negotiate and establish agreements and contracts that benefit both parties and support the company's objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies that create collaboration opportunities, including joint marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing so that partner initiatives support overall business goals.
• Produce reports and analyse data and metrics to assess how effective collaborations are, and adjust them as needed.
• Ensure all activities and agreements comply with financial industry regulations and standards, with support from Compliance.
