Qualifications

• Executive engagement with C‑suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership of high‑performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives.
• Nice to have: experience with partner ecosystem development.

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers.
• Win first customers in the market and ensure product delivers impact.
• Identify use cases through customer problems and work with engineers to implement solutions.
• Design bespoke integrations and ensure smooth product fit into customers' operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing our AI models and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Research and Product to incorporate field insights into our offerings.
• Deliver demos to new and existing customers and expand across sectors.
