Power Digital Marketing in Chile seeks a client-obsessed Growth Marketing Lead to own a portfolio of 4–6 CPG accounts, primarily beauty, personal care, wellness or food & beverage. You will diagnose core growth constraints and craft data‑backed strategies to improve DTC/ecommerce, retail, and Amazon performance.

Lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with paid media, SEO, content, influencer and creative groups, and develop 1–2 direct reports.

Formación

• Experience diagnosing core business constraints impacting client growth.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience with DTC/ecommerce, retail and Amazon market share strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem in your department.
• Run quarterly reviews to diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels and Measurement.
• Own the senior client relationship.
• Lead data-driven QBRs to drive decisions.
• Advise on channel mix across DTC, Amazon and retail and recommend optimization.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer and creative teams around a single strategy.
• Manage retention and expansion; drive renewals and grow monthly recurring revenue.
• Build multi-layer client relationships to reduce risk of contact loss.
• Ensure daily use of Iris, nova, Pulse cadence and Power Circuit compliance across ads.
• Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports with regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
