Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee TOMRA Food’s Field Service and Warehouse Operations across LATAM. In this role, you will lead regional Field Service teams, ensuring optimal spare parts availability and operational excellence across multiple countries.

You will define and execute service strategies that strengthen customer relationships, increase service reach, and deliver long-term value. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams, you will align operations with business priorities and ensure seamless execution of installations, service agreements, and field activities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead the delivery of Field Service operations across the region, ensuring compliance with TOMRA's technical, quality, and HSE standards.
  • Driving service performance by monitoring KPIs, forecasting, and leading operational improvements.
  • Leading warehouse and inventory operations to optimize material flow, distribution, and accuracy through TOMRA facilities and logistics partners.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery, warehouse productivity, and parts availability.
  • Managing regional budgets, business forecasts, and financial performance measures.
  • Translating strategic objectives into measurable plans, fostering collaboration across functions, and using data insights for decision-making.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing supervisors and technical teams for performance, safety, and succession readiness.
  • Promoting a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all functions.

Regular travel across LATAM and occasional international trips will be required.

As a people manager, you build a team where people know what success looks like, feel safe to speak up, and can do their best work. We believe engaged teams deliver better outcomes for customers, and you set the tone through clear priorities, regular feedback, and development.

Health, safety and care for the environment come first. You are empowered to stop work if something feels unsafe, and we expect everyone to speak up so we can prevent harm and reduce our environmental impact.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish to collaborate effectively across the region.
  • Track record leading operational or service-oriented teams, with accountability for people, customer outcomes, and financial results.
  • Proven ability to lead through supervisors and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations and markets.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex processes and driving sustainable improvements.
  • Ability to interpret operational and financial data to drive decisions.

  • Cultural awareness and ability to build trust across LATAM markets.
