Job summary

TOMRA Food is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Field Service and Warehouse Operations across LATAM. You will lead regional Field Service teams, ensure spare parts availability, and align installations and service agreements with business priorities.

Responsibilities include driving KPIs, managing regional budgets, and developing supervisors and technical teams across multiple locations, with regular LATAM travel and occasional international trips.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in regional or multi-site leadership with budget accountability.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish across the region.
• Proven ability to lead through supervisors and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Skilled at interpreting operational and financial data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service operations across LATAM, ensuring safety, quality and standards.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast outcomes, and drive operational improvements.
• Lead warehouse and inventory operations across TOMRA facilities and partners.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and parts availability.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance measures.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable plans and foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service.
• Coach and develop supervisors and technical teams for performance and safety.
• Promote accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Regular travel across LATAM and occasional international trips.
