• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software implementation projects.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product, support, and client stakeholders to define scope and milestones.
• Translate requirements into actionable project plans and manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate project ceremonies and monitor KPIs, budget, and quality across projects.
• Lead the Santiago site leadership and ensure a reliable, well-managed on-site environment.
