• Hold P&L responsibility, manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance, and negotiate scope changes with clients.
• Lead risk mitigation, HSSE initiatives and team competency, driving innovation and performance improvement.
• Provide regular progress reporting and assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
