PagerDuty seeks an experienced leader to serve as Chile Country Manager and Senior on-site executive for Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and HR, and ensure a unified local culture while aligning with PagerDuty's global priorities.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including prior Customer Service and Support with site or country management experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Experience leading post-sales customer support and services teams with KPI tracking (churn, net expansion, operating margin).

Responsabilidades

• Lead PagerDuty Chile Customer Success, Support and Professional Services teams and coordinate with Engineering, Solutions, Marketing, Finance and HR.
• Oversee local hiring, onboarding, retention, and talent development strategies for the Chilean market.
• Represent PagerDuty externally in Chile and build relationships with government, industry groups, vendors, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with Chilean labor law, tax, and regulatory requirements; manage the local operating budget and site spend.
• Drive employee engagement and a cohesive Santiago office culture aligned with global priorities.
