Valmet is seeking a Senior Project Engineer based in Chile to turn complex industrial projects into profitable growth across Latin America (excluding Brazil). You will identify opportunities in Mining & Metals, Desalination, Oil & Gas, and Chemical & Refining and engage project owners, EPCs, and contractors from early identification through contract negotiation.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience in technical sales, business development, project sales, or application engineering.
Proven experience in Mining and/or Oil & Gas markets; Desalination and Chemical & Refining experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

Identify, qualify, and develop project opportunities across Latin America (excluding Brazil).
Engage end users, EPCs, engineering firms, contractors, consultants, and decision makers throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead strategic account and project pursuit plans using market data to win opportunities.
Provide technical and commercial support including product selection, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with local sales, product management, and regional leadership; maintain accurate CRM and forecasts.
