Formación

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering or global equivalent.
• Eight years of work-related experience in engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work habits.
• Professional registration and membership in a technical society (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards; cost of materials
• Effort-hour estimating and staff forecasting.
• Practical field experience and able to work with cross-discipline teams.

Responsabilidades

• Apply cost competitive execution techniques to develop cost-effective total project solutions.
• Develop and review specifications, including design criteria.
• Participate in procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
• Perform and check calculations; specify equipment; solve moderately complex engineering problems.
• Review vendor equipment documentation for compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze problems and make independent recommendations aligned with project objectives.
