Bechtel Corporation in Santiago seeks an experienced Cost Engineer to lead cost estimating, analysis and control activities for complex projects. You will prepare cost studies, track cost trends, and implement project cost control requirements across a major mining/metals program with a regional focus.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience, plus strong EcoSys/PowerBI and MS Office skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Santiago, Chile.

Formación

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of experience.
• Experience in cost estimation, analysis, and control activities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform non-routine cost estimating, analysis and control activities.
• Coordinate development of cost monitoring standards, systems and reports.
• Prepare budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
• Investigate requirements for estimating and cost data.
