Fluor Corporation in Chile seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee area construction activities on a major mining project. You will ensure conformance with plans, specs, schedules and cost estimates, manage contractors, and drive safety and productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent with 18 years of work-related experience or 22 years if no degree
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Available to work on a project in Argentina with a rotational schedule
• Advanced level of English

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct area construction activities for the assigned mining project in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with Fluor OSR, OSIP, and other business line requirements
• Execute field construction activities in conformance with drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards
• Control project schedule and cost through efficient use of resources (workforce, materials, tools, equipment)
• Monitor productivity and cost and implement actions to maximize labor productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Promote safety culture on the project and perform other duties as assigned
