Fluor Constructors is seeking a Design Area Lead to deliver 3D layouts and critical design output on assigned projects in Chile. You will perform 3D layout tasks, review models, and guide other Designers while developing estimates, schedules, and progress reports to support project objectives.

The role requires a strong technical background, effective communication with stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Two-year degree or global equivalent with extensive experience.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to learn local statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Knowledge of materials cost and availability.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare 3D layouts and schematics of advanced complexity.
• Review models using 3D platforms and create models.
• Check work of other Designers.
• Develop estimates, schedules, and progress reports.
• Organize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
