RPMGlobal is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the mining sector in Chile and Latin America. You will identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with mining companies and related firms while promoting RPMGlobal's software and advisory solutions.

Formación
- Proven success in business development or enterprise software sales within mining.
- Track record of acquiring new customers and exceeding targets.
- Strong prospecting, networking and lead generation capabilities.
- Experience selling complex tech solutions to mining or capital-intensive industries.
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Eligibility to work in Chile.
Responsabilidades
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across Chile and Latin America.
- Develop territory/market plans to increase RPMGlobal's market share and win customers.
- Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, referrals, events, and outreach.
- Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure; develop compelling business cases.
