RPMGlobal is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in Chile and across Latin America, focusing on mining sector logos and strategic accounts. You will build pipelines, engage decision-makers, and position RPMGlobal software and advisory solutions as preferred choices for complex mining operations.

Based in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, the role requires regular travel across Chile and Latin America and a track record in enterprise software sales or technology solutions

Formación

• Proven track record in acquiring new customers in mining or capital-intensive industries.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions to mining companies or similar industries.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; eligibility to work in Chile.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities in Chile and Latin America.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure with software licences, subscriptions and services.
• Develop market penetration plans to grow RPMGlobal's market share in mining across the region.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and coordinate with regional/global teams for a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable sales forecasts and proposals in line with RPMGlobal governance.
