Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a senior sales representative to maximize profits and grow market share within a designated territory in Chile. The role covers product sales, service, general management, and maintaining compliance with company policies, while mentoring junior sales staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sciences or a related field (or equivalent knowledge).
• Minimum of 3 years of prior sales or marketing experience is required.
• Minimum of 8 months as an Olympus Associate Sales Representative, plus one additional year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates sales within a defined customer base by promoting division products and services and maintaining territory performance.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management and endoscopic services.
• Provides after-sales service including installation assistance, training, and troubleshooting.
• Develops and maintains territory customer and competitive databases and attends trade shows/seminars.
• Mentors sales representatives from other territories as needed and may travel to other OLA countries.
