Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a senior leader to oversee Repair Operations across regional service networks. You will manage repair leaders, drive performance improvements, and ensure compliance with global guidelines to guarantee high-quality repairs for patients.

The role requires engineering background, 10+ years in related work, strong English and Spanish communication, and experience with service operations in medical devices. Onsite Chile location with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Production Engineering is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; native-level Spanish.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair operations following Olympus Global Guidelines and service strategy.
• Drive engagement, improve performance, and reduce turnover in the repair team.
• Prepare capacity plans and coordinate with HR/GM to align demand and capacity.
• Budget preparation for Repair site to meet service level agreements.
• Support Customer Service with transparent repair quotes and root-cause details.
• Manage Skill Map and training planning for repairs.
• Oversee Service Bulletins and technical updates with the repair team.
• Support vendor validations and tooling calibration for repairs.
• Ensure parts planning and stock availability aligned with global/regional targets.
