Job summary

Globe 24-7 is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead the regional HR agenda for LATAM from Santiago, Chile. The role partners with business leaders, supports acquisitions, and drives organizational change across LATAM with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in regional HR, strong advisory skills, and hands-on experience in Chilean and Brazilian employment practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior roles supporting regional or multi-country organizations.
• Proven experience leading the people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations.
• Significant hands-on experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and terminations.
• Strong track record as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, developing and executing people strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation, labour practices, and HR compliance in Chile and Brazil, including hands-on experience with Brazilian labour law (CLT) and eSocial.
• Demonstrated ability to work hands-on in a lean team, personally executing the work rather than only directing it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Santiago-based People team, guiding a lean, hands-on operation.
• Partner with Global and Americas teams to align on people initiatives and service delivery.
• Support organizational change, growth, and acquisition integration across the region.
• Advise business leaders on people strategy, design, and workforce planning across LATAM.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and governance across Chile and Brazil.
• Oversee HR operations and employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
• DriveWorkday adoption, reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement.
