Job summary

Sungrow is seeking a Key Account Manager Distribution – C&I to drive commercial growth in the South Cone by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with strategic partners. The role leads consultative sales from start to finish, aligning solutions with market needs and contributing to commercial planning through data analysis.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in solar sales, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales roles, preferably in the solar energy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers in the Southern Cone region, focusing on distributors through visits and needs assessments.
• Manage and support assigned accounts, define guidelines per customer type and country legislation, keep CRM up to date.
• Prepare commercial proposals, lead price negotiations, and close sales with coordination of technical presentations.
• Analyze forecasts and develop sales projections, adjust inventory planning to market needs.
• Monitor market and competitor developments to identify opportunities and grow market share.
• Design commercial strategies with sales potential studies and data-driven decision making.
• Maintain CRM data alignment with commercial strategy and customer focus.
• Support SINOSURE approval process and related financial procedures.
• Review LOIs, NDAs, and contracts with Legal Department for compliance.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
