SADITA Holding Company Crown Micro Chile is seeking a Head of Sales for Solar & Renewable Energy in Chile to lead the local sales strategy and build strong relationships with customers and partners. You will drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and guide the local sales team to performance targets.

The role requires coordinating with global product, technical, and R&D teams to align offerings with market needs.

Formación

• Proven experience in Solar / Renewable Energy.
• Strong sales leadership and business development experience.
• Good understanding of the Chilean market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Residency in Chile.

JEFE/A DE VENTAS – ENERGÍA SOLAR Y RENOVABLE CHILE

Una empresa global líder en el sector de **Energía Solar y Renovable** busca un/a **Jefe/a de Ventas** con experiencia para incorporarse a su equipo en Chile.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Desarrollar y liderar la estrategia comercial para Chile
• Gestionar relaciones con clientes y socios estratégicos
• Impulsar el crecimiento de ventas y nuevas oportunidades de negocio
• Liderar y apoyar al equipo comercial local
• Trabajar en conjunto con equipos globales de producto, técnicos e I+D

Requisitos:

• Experiencia comprobada en Energía Solar / Renovable
• Experiencia sólida en liderazgo comercial y desarrollo de negocios
• Buen conocimiento del mercado energético chileno
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo
• Residencia en Chile
