Teva is seeking a Sr. Manager IT Transformation & Strategy to lead IT commercial projects for Chile and LATAM markets. You will partner with business and IT leadership to align global strategies with local execution, maximizing IT investments and ensuring operational excellence.
The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in digital tooling, data analytics, and cloud technologies. A collaborative, high-performing culture awaits.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 8+ years in analysis, design and implementation of IT solutions for multi-market environments.
- 5+ years in release planning or project management roles.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Desirable SAP experience and cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure).
- English proficiency is a must.
Responsabilidades
- Lead IT transformation and strategy initiatives for Chile and LATAM markets.
- Manage IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align IT with business goals.
- Develop roadmaps, budgets, and KPI frameworks for commercial site technology solutions.
- Drive digital, data, and AI initiatives within a standardized framework.
