Redtree Engineering, part of CSI’s global network, is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer to lead the I&C discipline on large-scale industrial projects in LATAM. You will set technical direction, own engineering deliverables, and provide leadership across EPC/EPCM activities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in instrumentation and control, a related engineering degree, and advanced English.

Formación

Degree in Electronic, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in instrumentation and control on industrial, energy, oil & gas, chemical, or large-scale process projects.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Ability to coordinate tasks and contribute across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Instrumentation & Control discipline on EPC, EPCM, and engineering projects.
Define control and automation philosophies, design criteria, and engineering standards.
Supervise and review engineering deliverables.
Lead technical reviews with clients and vendors.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Evaluate technology solutions and control system architectures.
Manage technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
Contribute to engineering estimates, proposals, and tenders.
Ensure compliance with project technical, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
