Redtree LATAM seeks a Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer to lead the I&C discipline on large-scale energy and industrial projects. You will set technical direction, review deliverables, and drive engineering excellence across EPC, EPCM and related services.
This role offers international exposure, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and opportunities to shape project execution with IEC standards and advanced automation platforms.
Competenze
- Degree in electronic, automation, instrumentation & control or related field with 10+ years in I&C on large industrial projects.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
Mansioni
- Lead the Instrumentation & Control discipline on EPC, EPCM, and engineering projects.
- Define control and automation philosophies, design criteria, and engineering standards.
- Supervise and review engineering deliverables.
- Lead technical reviews with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Evaluate technology solutions and control system architectures.
- Manage technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Contribute to engineering estimates, proposals, and tenders.
- Ensure compliance with project technical, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
