FLSmidth is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll for Chilean employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external providers to collect and validate payroll data, answer employee questions, and maintain audit-ready records.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Chile payroll, experience with high transaction volumes, and familiarity with HRIS/payroll vendors such as Workday, CloudPay, and ADP.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with Chile payroll (blue & white-collar workers) in a high-volume environment.
• Exposure to global HRIS & Payroll vendor systems is advantageous (Workday, CloudPay, ADP).
• Strong Spanish communication skills; English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly payroll for Chile payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate and submit payroll data.
• Maintain payroll records and audit documentation for compliance.
• Respond to employee payroll questions clearly and professionally.
• Assist with payroll reporting, variances, and internal reviews.
• Monitor local laws and coordinate with providers to ensure compliance.
• Support process improvements and hit KPIs and SLAs.
