Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company Chile, CPS Chile, is seeking a Finance Director South Region to lead the day-to-day finance agenda, ensuring accurate planning, cost control and working capital discipline. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; professional CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in finance within manufacturing, supply chain or operations.
• Experience with annual planning, rolling estimates, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day finance agenda for CPS Chile, ensuring accurate financial planning, cost control, working capital discipline, internal controls and support to plant operations.
• Lead the local finance team and provide timely insights, analysis and execution support to the Finance Director South Region.
• Coordinate regional standards, annual business planning, rolling estimates and forecast processes with data quality and alignment to guidance.
• Monitor and support delivery of operating income, productivity, overheads, inventory and capital targets through financial analysis and action follow-up.
• Maintain strong presence in day-to-day routines, partnering with Operations to understand production performance and financial implications.
• Ensure audit/compliance adherence and coordinate with Corporate Audit, external auditors and local owners.
• Support tax, accounting and statutory matters by coordinating inputs with corporate teams and external partners.
• Drive local finance, accounting and internal controls to enable effective interaction withPlatform Services Financial Hub.
• Support transformation initiatives by providing financial analysis and tracking commitments with local owners.
