Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Finance Manager in Santiago to lead the financial strategy for a regional Latin American operation. You will partner with commercial and operational teams to drive value and ensure robust FP&A, reporting, and governance.

The role demands a strong track record in multinational, matrix organizations, US GAAP, SOX, and data-driven decision making, with English fluency and hands-on leadership of a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• +8 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP&A, Finance Head, or similar).
• Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks (SOX).
• Proven track record in finance transformation and organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI), and financial planning systems.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to commercial and operational teams.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with local and international standards.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and business performance.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvements, and digital initiatives.
• Support commercial strategy through pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Participate in strategic projects and M&A integration efforts.
