The role demands a strong track record in multinational, matrix organizations, US GAAP, SOX, and data-driven decision making, with English fluency and hands-on leadership of a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
+8 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP&A, Finance Head, or similar).
Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks (SOX).
Proven track record in finance transformation and organizational change.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
Experience with ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI), and financial planning systems.
Fluent English required.
