Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA and/or MBA.
  • +7 years of finance experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations.
  • Experience with annual planning, rolling estimates, forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Ability to lead a small local team and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to operate in a multi‑cultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of KO financial processes and plant economics.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide financial analysis and disciplined follow‑up on plant priorities and performance actions.
  • Lead the local finance team of four direct reports and drive planning, accounting, cost and control activities.
  • Coordinate regional planning, rolling forecast processes, and ensure data quality and alignment with regional guidance.
  • Monitor operating income, productivity, overheads, inventory and capital targets with cost tracking and action follow‑ups.
  • Partner with Operations to understand production performance and financial implications of decisions.
  • Ensure local audit, controls policies, and regulatory compliance are followed.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Audit, external auditors and local process owners.
  • Support tax, accounting and statutory matters with local inputs and escalation to Finance Director South Region.
  • Drive value creation, productivity, and process simplification through disciplined execution.
  • Provide inputs to CPS Center and KO Corporate initiatives reflecting Chile requirements.

Job Summary: Manage the day-to-day finance agenda for CPS Chile, ensuring accurate financial planning, cost control, working capital discipline, internal controls and strong support to plant operations. The role leads the local finance team and provides timely insights, analysis and execution support to the Finance Director South Region across Chile finance matters. Partner closely with plant leadership, Operations, Supply Chain, Platform Services, CPS Center and KO Corporate teams to translate business needs into disciplined financial execution, clear performance routines, sound controls and practical recommendations that support local decision-making and regional priorities.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Director South Region and local business routines by providing financial analysis, operational insights and disciplined follow-up on day-to-day plant priorities, business commitments and performance actions.
  • Lead the local finance team of four direct reports, ensuring clear priorities, strong routines, capability development, engagement and effective execution of financial planning, accounting, cost and control activities.
  • Coordinate the local execution of CPS Chile Regional Standards, annual business planning, rolling estimate and forecast processes, ensuring data quality, plant input integration and alignment with Finance Director South Region guidance.
  • Monitor and support delivery of CPS Chile operating income, productivity, overheads, inventory and Operation Capital targets through plant-level financial analysis, cost tracking, performance routines and corrective action follow-up.
  • Maintain strong presence in the plant’s day-to-day routines, partnering with Operations to understand production performance, conversion costs, inventory movements, losses, productivity opportunities and financial implications of operational decisions.
  • Ensure local implementation of audit, control policies and procedures to safeguard assets and maintain compliance.
  • Coordinate evidence, testing, remediation and follow-up with Corporate Audit, external auditors, Platform Services and local process owners.
  • Support tax, accounting and statutory matters by coordinating required local inputs with Corporate Tax, Platform Services and external partners, escalating key issues and recommendations to the Finance Director South Region when needed.
  • Manage core local finance, accounting and internal control activities for CPS Chile by ensuring accurate local inputs, timely information flow, issue preparation and clear follow-up, enabling the Finance Director South Region to have effective interactions with Platform Services Financial Hub.
  • Ensure Finance processes are executed with high standards, in compliance with Company requirements, and with a strong focus on value creation, productivity, process simplification and practical support to plant operations.
  • Support CPS Chile transformation initiatives by providing financial analysis, tracking commitments, identifying risks and following up on agreed actions with local owners.
  • Provide local financial inputs and execution support to CPS Center and KO Corporate initiatives, ensuring Chile requirements, risks and operational realities are properly reflected and escalated when appropriate.
Qualifications & Related Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA – Accounting, Finance or any related career.
  • CPA and/or MBA.
  • +7 years of finance experience in manufacturing, supply chain or operations environments, with exposure to financial planning, cost control, accounting, internal controls and people leadership.
  • Experience executing annual business planning, rolling estimates, forecasting and performance tracking, including analysis of actual results versus budget and translation of financial data into clear operational insights.
  • Ability to lead and develop a small local team, collaborate with cross-functional peers, manage priorities under pressure and ensure reliable execution of planning, reporting, closing and control routines.
  • Strong understanding of KO financial processes, internal control expectations and plant economics, with the ability to connect operational performance with financial results and upscale relevant risks or opportunities.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills required.
  • Ability to operate in multi-cultural environment.
