Jobtailor seeks a senior technology strategist to design enterprise-grade IT solutions, lead cloud architecture initiatives, and guide multi-team delivery across client engagements. You will mentor strategists and technologists while aligning business goals with scalable, compliant technology platforms.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape technology direction, manage vendor assessments, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Formación

• At least 10 years working in and around enterprise IT environments.
• Blend of consulting and enterprise-side experience.
• Substantial client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
• Track record on complex solutions involving multiple systems, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring senior technologists and influencing teams without direct management.
• Strong understanding of web, mobile, and cloud technologies.
• Experience architecting cloud solutions or working on cloud-deployed projects.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL, and big data/warehousing.
• Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with UX and SPA frameworks.
• Familiarity with MACH architecture and monolith-to-composable enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of headless and service-oriented platforms.
• Broad exposure to CMS, commerce and loyalty, CRM, marketing automation, personalization and testing, search and SEO, content marketing, social, and mobile.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for enterprise solutions.
• Exposure to service design and business design practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to align and influence stakeholders without positional authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and sound judgment.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Design enterprise-grade technology solutions for new initiatives and business opportunities.
• Define solution scope, capacity, and high-level estimates with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other teams.
• Present technology solutions, trade-offs, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Lead technology and vendor assessments and contribute to buy-vs.-build decisions.
• Engage technology partners to address client problems.
• Balance business objectives, technical feasibility, scalability, delivery realities, and long-term client strategy.
• Contribute to pipeline quality and opportunity win rate.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with client technology leadership and management.
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Own the direction and coherence of Technology and Strategy work across engagements.
• Provide strategic direction to project delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders and account teams.
• Connect technology strategy, delivery execution, and account growth.
• Evolve reusable solution patterns, estimating and scoping models, assessment frameworks, and proposal quality standards.
• Raise solution quality across engagements through review, guidance, and shared standards.
• Mentor strategists, architects, technologists, and Technology Directors.
