Jobtailor in Santiago seeks a Lead Product Manager to lead and develop the product management function for assigned initiatives, partnering with technology and commercial teams to prioritize and execute on a clear strategy.

You will mentor a product team, drive MVPs and modernize offerings toward cloud-based solutions, with a strong customer-centric mindset and fluency in English to coordinate with regional stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven Product Management experience including people leadership and direct reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across product, technology, and commercial areas.
• Customer-centric mindset; connect product decisions to user needs and value.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; solution-oriented.
• Ability to operate with legacy technologies while modernizing.
• English fluency; communicate with regional stakeholders.
• Based in Santiago.
• Preferred: experience in tax, accounting, financial, or business software solutions.
• Preferred: experience with MVPs, pilots, or proofs-of-concept initiatives.
• Preferred: exposure to AI use cases in product development.
• Preferred: Agile certifications (Scrum, Agile Coach).
• Preferred: consultative/software/tech environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the product management function for assigned products and initiatives.
• Coach product team members with leadership, direction, and support.
• Define and evolve product strategy focused on customer needs, value proposition, and business impact.
• Partner with technology, commercial, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align execution.
• Influence peers and cross-functional partners to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve and modernize products, including migration from legacy/on-premise to cloud environments.
• Contribute to MVPs, proofs of concepts, and fast-win initiatives with measurable impact.
• Ground product decisions in market needs, customer insight, and long-term product value.
• Apply agile methodologies to support product development and delivery.
• Act as a key contact between product and technology teams and contribute to product innovation.
• Support evaluation of emerging technologies, including practical AI use cases.
