WON is seeking a senior digital designer to own high-conversion experiences across the customer journey for premium DTC brands. You will craft premium, behavior-driven designs, leverage AI-native design systems, and accelerate production with automated assets.

With 5+ years in digital design and a strong ecommerce background, you will defend decisions with data and lead scalable design systems across campaigns, collaborating closely with the VP of Design.

Formación

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience.
• A portfolio of modern, premium work, not template-driven.
• Mastery in Figma.
• Strong typography instincts with purpose.
• Able to articulate design decisions with data.
• Comfortable being measured by impact, not just output.
• Familiar with AI design tools such as Claude Design or Figma MCP.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that feel premium.
• Design the full customer journey: acquisition flows, onboarding, PDP storytelling, checkout, retention.
• Develop growth creative: paid social landing pages and bundles.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
• Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automated asset generation to speed production.
• Flag repeatable workflows and turn them into reusable design agents.
• Present work with data, session replays, and user insights.
